Dawn is a specialist in customer service training and regularly conducts 'Customer Service Magic' courses for government departments and private organisations. She is currently developing an e-learning course for organisations with the problem of high turnover casual staff. This course will be completely self-paced using a CD-ROM with direct links back to the workplace.
